Carefully selected and qualified carers

All of our personal care assistants are employed directly by Redwood Home Care. We are not an introductions agency that matches you with a carer who you then employ yourself, so you don't have to worry about employment law, payroll, pension plans or staff training. Your personal care assistant is an employee of Redwood Home Care Ltd, and this means that we are responsible for supervising them and ensuring they are fully trained, insured and supported in their own personal professional development. We take care of everything.

Our team of dedicated staff are carefully selected and go through a comprehensive training course before joining our clients in the community. Every single carer has undergone an enhanced criminal records check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), so you can rest assured that our team are both knowledgable and safe.

Continued professional development is very important to us at Redwood Home Care, and we work hard to ensure our team undertake regular training and have the ability to enhance their skills wherever possible.

We utilise state of the art software systems to keep you, your loved ones and any relevant care partners up to date with your care plan, visits and important information. Using this software, your chosen family members and key personnel can keep up to date with how your care is going, and anyone with access to your profile can share feedback and suggestions with your personal care assistant/s and the Redwood Home Care team.

We believe transparency is crucial, so giving you the tools to see and comment on your care plan and the service you are receiving, at a time that suits you, is incredibly important to us.
