Emily has been awarded our Carer Of The Quarter Award for going above and beyond for a sick client.
Emily arrived at a clients home, and immediately felt that the client was not right as he seemed different from how he normally is.
Without hesitation, Emily called our On Call service to gain further instruction.
She then called 999 and stayed with the client, keeping him calm, so he would not worry, even though her call time had finished.
This client had suffered a stroke, and Emily's swift and prompt actions has saved this clients life.
This is just another, fabulous, example of how all our staff at Redwood Home Care Ltd/The Enable Project go above and beyond in their daily working lives.
Well done Emily for you quick thinking and fast actions.
