Who we are

The Enable Project is bought to you by Redwood Home Care Ltd, an organisation which is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Unlike a lot of traditional day services, we’re a family run, nurse led organisation. We’re person centred, and our objective is to work with each participant to help them achieve their own personal goals.

Because we’re regulated by the CQC, we’re able to provide personal care if required, so you don’t have to miss out if you need a little extra support. Our Activity coordinators are fully trained and educated on all relevant policies and procedures, and we take a lot of pride in looking after them, so they can look after you.

We use state of the art software to prepare and maintain personal plans for each participant. This is where we keep a record of your achievements and your goals. It’s where we plan with you what skills you’d like to master and how we can help to make that happen.

If you want us to, we can invite your family members, social worker or other healthcare professionals to join your account so they can also see how you’re doing, and provide some input into your plan.
